Net profit generated by TNK-BP Holding in January-June 2007, compiled under RAS, plummeted 44.2% against the year-earlier period to Rub 21,583 mln. As the oil producer said in its materials prepared for an EGM scheduled for September 28, TNK-BP holding's first-half sales plunged 100% to Rub 189 bln because of a decline in exports.

Novolipetsk Iron & Steel Works (NLMK) could pay out per-share H107 dividends of Rub 1.50 or flat on H106. As the metal producer said in a press release, the Board of Directors that accepted recommendations regarding the amount of interim dividends decided to hold an EGM on this issue on September 28, 2007.

Aug 24. UES has determined genco stocks (due to the state) to be distributed among State Holding Hydro WGC and State Holding. In the course of UES' restructuring State Holding Hydro WGC will gain stakes in five gencos (WGC-1, WGC-3, WGC-4, TGC-7 and TGC-3) and also in Hydro WGC, UES' PR director Margarita Nagoga told Interfax. Shares of all other gencos, apart from WGC-2 and TGC-7, will be assigned to State Holding (which will be folded into FGC).
